The Board of Trustees of Lady Magic Girls Softball, Inc. is soley responsible for operation of the organization as a whole and the administration of the California Non-Profit Corporation (#2356127). Lady Magic Girls Softball, Inc. is registered with the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts (#115144). Upon incorporation, documents were filed (including corporate bylaws, Corporate Trustee designations and Trustee disclosures) as required by law with the United States Internal Revenue Service. As a result, the Lady Magic Girls Softball Corporation was granted federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Lady Magic Advisory Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day softball operations of the organization. The Advisory Board serves at the descretion of the Board of Trustees.

Lady Magic Coaching Staffs

Lady Magic coaching staffs have direct responsibility for the on and off field conduct of their teams. Coaches are approved by the Advisory Board of Directors and are required by Lady MAgic bylaws to be CPR certified, fingerprinted and background checked.
